Danny Johnson
CEO Emeritus
Danny K. Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer, Emeritus with The Danny Kendall Johnson Foundation. Danny brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the Foundation. He has served as an Ombudsman in the Mayor’s office for the City of Birmingham, AL and as lead logistics planner for select classified programs within the US Department of Defense. For over twenty-five year, Danny has coached and mentored student athletes within the Birmingham City Schools and Huntsville City Schools system. Danny has tapped a vast and varied network of resources to spur community engagement and has garnered support from several states to help provide exposure of the Danny Kendall Johnson Foundation. Danny earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from Miles College and graduated from the School of Engineering and Logistics, Texarkana, TX. He is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Executive Juris Doctorate concentrating in Government at Miles Schools of Law.

Susan Johnson
CEO
Susan Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer with The Danny Kendall Johnson Foundation. Susan Johnson is an accomplished system/software engineer with over 30 years of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD). Susan’s civil service career began as a computer programmer with the U.S. Geological Survey with subsequent completion of a Product/Production Engineering intern program which was her entry into a rewarding DoD career. Susan has accomplished various technical and managerial roles involving functional areas in production engineering, configuration management, software management, software quality assurance, software process engineering and contract oversight. Susan earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama and a MS in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
